By booking an appointment with Vindinktive Tattoo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are deducted from the final cost of your tattoo. An appointment reschedule notice MUST be given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment date. At the artists discretion, your deposit can be transferred to a new date if availability allows. This can only be done once per booking. Cancellations or rescheduling after this period as well as no-shows, will result in a lost deposit.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in your session being cancelled and your deposit lost.

You must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Please do not book if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Let me know in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities.

All designs are created specifically for you and remain the intellectual property of the artist. Small changes can be made on the day of your appointment, but major changes may require a new booking and deposit.

You will receive aftercare advice at the end of your appointment. Following these instructions is your responsibility. The artist is not liable for issues that arise from improper aftercare.

All payments are non-refundable.

Tattoo results may vary depending on skin type, healing, and aftercare.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data I hold about you, to request corrections, or to ask for certain information to be deleted where legally possible. If you do not wish for your tattoo images to be shared publicly, please let me know before your appointment.

Consent

By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection and storage of your personal information as outlined above. By allowing photographs to be taken of your tattoo, you consent to their use in my professional portfolio and marketing, unless you specifically request otherwise.
